You may use Internet Banking, Debit/Credit cards or Other Wallet to make your payments user-friendly and hassle free.

 

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Abhyas . The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

 

We currently do not offer a refund under any circumstance. However, upon thorough evaluation and inspection of the concern with the specific order, we may offer a coupon code/voucher for the partial amount of the product value.

 

In an absolute genuine case, we may offer a coupon code/voucher for the full amount for the product value.

 

Terms and conditions may vary depending on the coupon code/voucher. These coupons/vouchers cannot be clubbed with any in-store or website offers and promotions.

 

All concerns/cases with regard to returns are subject to extensive scrutiny by our officials. Therefore the time frame may vary depending on the complexity of the case.

 

Return / Refund / Replacement: 

I received a damaged product. What do I do ?

As we are a small team and its unlikely to happen , but if it happens :

 Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at info@abhyas.biz  with images of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred. 

Complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 5-7 business days from the refund processed date.

 

When do I get my refund for the cancelled order?

If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 5-7 working days.

Please note cancellation charges will be applicable.

We depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
